A positive and ‘growth’ mindset is the best way to transition through your problems on the winning side.
One of the questions I get asked most, is “What’s the difference between a Mindset coach and the other types of coach?”
Well, it’s been said, that ALL coaching could be termed Mindset coaching. After all, Coaching is about helping you go from where you are now, to where you’d like to be. You do that by setting goals, taking action and therefore, achieving those goals.
A mindset coach will typically use additional tools from areas such as, NLP (Neuro-Linguist Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Meditation and Mindfulness.
As a mindset coach, I use these tools as well as the more common coaching techniques, to help you also discover the underlying beliefs and blocks you have. This let’s you shift your perceptions, helping you to create new beliefs that empower you, rather than your current beliefs that can dis-empower you.
Of course, this is in addition to helping you make the changes you desire in your life.
